The genesis of the group was in 1981 with Morgan Investments & Commercial Enterprises Limited, primarily an Investment & Securities Company, which was rechristened later to Morgan Asia Limited in 1990.
Morgan Asia Limited (MAL) the parent company envisaged a business entity which would be both in Manufacturing & Service Industry. MAL promoted Morgan Industries Limited to produce Adhesives & Adhesive Tapes, Thermoplastics India Limited to produce Polyolefin films, Morgan Propack Limited to produce paper products. On the service side, Morgan Tours & Travels Corporation provided transportation solutions to Corporate & Government, Diana World Travels Private Limited for Domestic & International Ticketing, Mulitivista Global Limited in Printing & Distribution.
Morgan Industries Limited, with its rich experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, wide contacts & network ventured into business verticals such as;
