GreenTurn Solar was a company founded by IIT Bombay alumni in 2012 with their head office in Walkeshwar, Mumbai. Their collective experience in the solar PV industry extends into diverse fields, like from solar cell fabrication to grid connected PV Power plant design and off -grid deployment. The company offers a wide range of solutions and services to clients who are interested in switching in to clean and green energy options through solar PV technology.C&W Hygiene Management Services, a division of Green Turn headed by veteran businessman Mr. Ramakrishnan Menon started functioning independently in 2012 with their head office in Andheri, Mumbai. This vertical looks into waste management and waste to energy projects through biological and chemical treatments and incineration techniques.

In September 2015, Green Turn Solar got acquired by C&W group of companies and they started functioning as Green Turn C&W Energy Pvt, Ltd with headquarters in Bangalore.
