Story of Glanzen begins at least four decades ago when a young man from a small town nurtured a dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur and working for the well-being of society.

The 70s were still tough times in India and he realized education was the only way to forge a better future for himself and his family of future. He worked hard to support his family and put in more efforts to study for his degree. It was finally in 1975 that Anil Awati graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (then Pune University) with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. His hard work paid off and he joined MSEDCL as Jr. Clerk at the young age of 22. He worked with MSEDCL for 38 years, his core area being Financial Accounting & Management, Zonal Auditing, Taxation, and E-Tendering & Procurement.

Although professional success came early, Anil wanted to do more than this. His strong desire to work for the society propelled him to help the lot of workers working in various industrial and manufacturing units in and around Pune. In effect, he has been actively working for social and labor welfare initiatives for more than thirty years. While at MSEDECL he worked as Chairman for a credit co-operative consumer society of MSEDCL and also founded and worked as a Director for an employee’s credit co-operative society.

Over the years Anil realized that Technology is the way forward for both social and professional growth and plunged right into the technology space with Glanzen Global Services, the realization of the aspiration he had nurtured over the years.

Anil's dream of using his financial background for setting up his own enterprise finally saw light of day in 2016 when Glanzen Global Services Private limited was set up with a vision to offer bespoke services and solutions to clients in multiple domains. This objective is now collectively realized with the support of Ms. Pratiksha Awati.

Pratiksha has extensive experience in the core statistical domain, her foundation being Business Intelligence, Statistical Analysis and Forecasting and Process Mapping. With almost a decade of experience, she has worked with some of the best companies and conducted seminars in statistics in reputed institutes in Pune.
