SWELECT’s core strength lies in technical expertise which is strongly backed with state-of-art manufacturing facilities for Solar PV Modules (HHV Solar Technologies, PV Panel Division), Solar PCUs, Servo Stabilizers, Structural and Electrical Balance of Systems (BOS) such as Module Mounting Structures (MMS), AJBs, etc. SWELECT is a Tier-1 Solar PV module manufacturer (rating by BNEF) the highly recognized global industry standard in classifying solar Photo Voltaic module manufacturers and a system provider for the international photovoltaic market. SWELECT has also received certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for the PV Modules including the high efficiency PERC modules. SWELECT has the ability to implement solar power projects in small as well as large scales with utmost understanding of customer requirements and customized solutions.

Manufacturing Line Specialty and Major Machine Makes
Solar PV modules are getting manufactured in 100% air conditioned, clean facility; the plant uses best-in-class Tabber-Stingers made in Germany along with other supportive machines and automations sourced from the best brands in the world.
SWELECT is focused on delivering solar modules with the highest-possible product lifetime value. SWELECT modules are designed, built and proven to sustain adverse climatic conditions. Stringent QMS and controls with multi-level EL tests to ensure high product reliability & performance. Raw material sourcing is from globally reputed manufacturers in order to ensure quality product delivery & customer satisfaction.

Special Testing Lab Facilities for Solar Modules
SWELECT is committed to its customers to offer ‘true’ 25 years’ warranty for its products to make sure the end-user or the investor gets the RoI on time. To ensure this a strict quality control and test facility have been made in place. 25 rigorous in-house tests other than the standard inspection tests, multi stage visual inspections, multi-stage Electroluminescence tests, out of the box audits etc. are performed on the modules to make sure about the quality of the product produced and supplied to customers.
The manufacturing process is well supported by an off-line quality test unit which regularly checks the quality of manufacturing by means of Gel test, pull, peel test etc. the facility also have set up for light induced degradation test and long term PID test benches to monitor the performances of the modules. Periodically the modules are getting tested at Third party laboratories having International accreditations in order to be sure about the quality of the product.

Future Expansion Plans
The Company has a definite plan for expansion post-Covid19 market stabilization in 2021-'22. The first phase of expansion will be to have a 500MW installed capacity which would manufacture latest multiple technology modules and will be equipped to handle next generation cells/modules.
