Manager-Quality, Site, Supplier Quality

Supplier Quality: 1. Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and MQAP 2. Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. 3. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues. 4. Follow up the Factory Inspections with TPI and Supplier. 5. Review and verify the FAT reports and approval process for material dispatch. Quality Control and Quality Assurance: 1. Developing and leading the project’s adherence to the Quality Management Plan requirements. 2. Preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and IEC/IS/EN Standards 3. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. 4. Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspection, materials and nonconformance etc. 5. Responsible for Review and approve quality documentation 6. Carry out all other tasks required by Site Construction Manager or Project Manager 7. Present quality issues / failings at scheduled meetings to improve quality performance at the site. 8. Plan and perform audits to check implementation compliance Monitor quality control on construction progress activitiesSite Manager: 1. Responsible for execution of the project in the required form as stated in this plan. 2. Handover &Takeover activities with documentation Proper work planning on location activities and communicate with higher & lower levels. Work knowledge on Switchyard (HT & LT) 690Volts/33KVWork closely with contractors and lead a team. Responsible of Inspect all incoming materials and prepare NCR for non-conformity materials. Material handling, equipment planning as per site requirement. Participate with internal and external audit. Evaluating health & safety issues and formulating practical solutions and ensuring the highest level of safety standards is applied by all Consultants. Preparing that all required inspection and testing records are progressively and systematically generated and compiled for hand-over to Clients as per ISO Standard. Worked fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract and that the procedures laid down in the Project Quality Procedure and work instruction to achieve these standards are followed

Planning Engineer

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 33/11 KV Substation, 33 KV Line and Cable Termination works. As per our client Technical Specifications and Quality Procedure. Key Roles: Survey & Construction & Commissioning of 33/11KV Substations and 33 KV & 11 HV Lines.33/11KV Substations and connected 33 KV & 11 KV Double & Single circuit HV lines constructed in Nasik District (MH) under MSEDCL. Handover &Takeover activities with documentation. Proper work planning on location activities and communicate with higher & lower levels. Work knowledge on 132/33 kV Substations, 33/11KV Substations and 33KV lines, Monitor scope, quality, budget, schedules, productivity, and work in progress to ensure project plans are effectively being implemented. Attending progress review meetings and preparing reports highlighting status of critical activities problem areas, and constraints on achieving planned progress, schedule impacts, critical issues, and action plans. Material handling, equipment planning as per site requirement. Coordinate with Engineering team, TSG. Participate with internal and external audit. Liaising with MSEDCL officials for drawing approvals, GTP and DI to the project. Preparation of progress reports and qty schedules and invoicing. Reconciliation of client supplied materials and contract materials Preparing that all required inspection and testing records are progressively and systematically generated and compiled for hand-over to Clients as per ISO Standard. Worked fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract and that the procedures laid down in the Project Quality Procedure and work instruction to achieve these standards are followed.
